THE RIDE, LLC., TERMS & CONDITIONS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exchanges or refunds. THE RIDE, LLC. tries to adhere to scheduled departure times as much as possible. If you are late or miss your scheduled departure, you cannot exchange or refund your order. Please note there is no climate controlled area to wait for the bus during the boarding process. All guests must line up outside. There are no restrooms on our vehicles. Please dress appropriately. SAFETY ADVISORY: THE RIDE, THE TOUR & THE DOWNTOWN EXPERIENCE COULD AGGRAVATE CERTAIN HEALTH CONDITIONS. The experience involves motion, sideways seating on the bus, constant starting and stopping, loud music, sounds effects, theatrical and strobe lighting, multiple television screens, and virtual reality moments specifically on THE DOWNTOWN EXPERIENCE. There is also a simulation which involved floor shaking, sudden tilting and jarring actions, in addition to loud sounds and flashing lights. THE RIDE, THE TOUR & THE DOWNTOWN EXPERIENCE are not recommended for guests with motion sickness or dizziness, sensitivity to strobe or other lighting effects, back, neck, or similar physical conditions, heart conditions or high blood pressure, or sensitivity to loud sounds. You are responsible for the use of your best judgements when deciding to experience our products. THE RIDE, THE TOUR & THE DOWNTOWN EXPERIENCE are not wheelchair or handicapped accessible. However, THE RIDE, LLC does try to accommodate passengers of all abilities, when possible. Disabled passengers would need to be able to ascend and descend 4 steps to board and deboard the bus, with assistance from members of their party. For liability reasons, THE RIDE, LLC staff is not allowed to assist, except in emergency. Folding wheelchair storage can be accommodated onboard or at the box office, depending on available space. Alcohol and displays of intoxication are strictly forbidden on our vehicles. Any drunken or unruly passenger(s) will be removed from our vehicles or the vehicle boarding area at the sole discretion of THE RIDE, LLC staff and will not be issued an exchange or refund. Food and drinks are not allowed on our vehicles – other than bottled water. THE RIDE, LLC reserves the right to record various segments of our tours and performances for use on promotional and marketing material. Please be advised that certain departures may be videotaped and/or photographed for future public and private broadcasts in the United States and internationally. THE RIDE, LLC makes every effort to provide on time service. It does not guarantee its departure and arrival times, which may be delayed by various factors including weather, traffic road conditions, mechanical problems and any other conditions beyond THE RIDE, LLC’s control. THE RIDE, LLC is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such delay. THE RIDE LLC assumes no liability or responsibilities for property, delay or expense arising from or caused by weather conditions, acts of God, war, accident, government regulations or restrictions, from an act or omission of an individual, traffic, road conditions, mechanical problems, or any other cause or condition beyond its control. THE RIDE, LLC reserves the right to cancel or change any RIDE, TOUR or DOWNTOWN EXPERIENCE advertised schedule or route without any notice and assumes no liability or responsibility for any conditions beyond its control that may interrupt or cancel a RIDE/TOUR/DOWNTOWN EXPERIENCE or strand individuals on the bus. THE RIDE, LLC is not liable for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets. THE TOUR is appropriate for all ages. THE RIDE & THE DOWNTOWN EXPERIENCE are not recommended for children under the age of 6. There is no assigned seating for THE RIDE, THE TOUR & THE DOWNTOWN EXPERIENCE. Seating will be determined by THE RIDE, LLC staff based on party size. Other deals, discounts, special offerings or New York City attraction passes cannot be matched or combined for groups of 10+ to access THE RIDE, THE TOUR & THE DOWNTOWN EXPERIENCE. For NO reason can you purchase an attraction pass and apply it to a Groups, Private or Corporate Events for THE RIDE, THE TOUR & THE DOWNTOWN EXPERIENCE. By purchasing a ticket to THE RIDE, THE TOUR and/or THE DOWNTOWN EXPERIENCE, you have beed added to our email database, you can unsubscribe at any time.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE USE OF YOUR BEST JUDGMENT WHEN DECIDING TO TAKE THE RIDE, THE TOUR or THE DOWNTOWN EXPERIENCE. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. All Children must be supervised. THE RIDE, THE TOUR & THE DOWNTOWN EXPERIENCE are not wheel chair accessible. Guest must be able to access seating with the assistance from another member of their party. Our staff may not assist you.

Policies – THE RIDE, THE TOUR, & THE DOWNTOWN EXPERIENCE are family friendly excursions and so, we expect our guests to behave appropriately. Violating our policies may cause our staff to ask you to exit the bus (regardless of location on the route) without refund. Please review the following policies.
No Pets on the buses
Dress Code – Tattoos or clothing with offensive language or graphics are not permitted at any time. Examples of clothing not permitted are those which display:
- Profanity
- Pornography
- Graphic Violence
- Support of Drugs or drug use
- Gang symbols
- Promoting discrimination against any group
Prohibited Items:
- Knives
- Spiked clothing or jewelry
- Fireworks and explosives
- Firearms and ammunition
- Chemical weapons, including mace and pepper spray
- Selfie sticks, monopods and similar devices
No Smoking
Language – Guests using profanity or abusive language, symbols or gestures may be asked to leave the bus without refund.
Food or Drinks – No food or drinks are permitted on the buses.
No Alcoholic Beverages are permitted.
Guest Safety: THE RIDE LLC is committed to providing you a safe environment during your journey with us. While our attractions have been designed so that a variety of guests can enjoy it, please be aware that there are some restrictions and guidelines to ensure your safety. Only you know your physical conditions or limitations. Our safety advisory materials, whether located here, at our box office, on our coaches or on our tickets educate guests on the nature of our excursions and how to safely enjoy their experience on THE RIDE, THE TOUR & THE DOWNTOWN EXPERIENCE.
